A "part I" workshop entitled “A Tutorial Guidance to ELISA Technique Using BioTek Epoch-2 Micro-Plate Spectrophotometer Reader and it's Gen5 Software” was held by “Dr. Ghazwan Ahmed Mohammed Raouf” on Thursday, 16 January, 2025 at the Pharmacology Dept., College of Pharmacy-UoD.

Objectives: Demonstrating user manual of BioTek Epoch-2  Instrument, setting test protocol, assigning work plate and analyzing absorbance data beside it's calculation methods utilizing  standard curve with a different equations were explained in detail utilizing a specific ELlSA kit.

During this session operation of the BioTek Epoch-2 micro-plate spectrophotometer reader and it's Gen5 software were learned alongside the introductory access to the BioTek Epoch 2 instrument with it’s wide range of applications.
