A "part II" workshop entitled “Practical Application on Biotek Epoch-2 Microplate Spectrophotometer Reader and Functionality of Gen5 Software” waswas held by “Dr. Ghazwan Ahmed Mohammed Raouf” on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Pharmacology Dept., College of Pharmacy-UoD.
During this session measuring of Anti-Phospholipid Secreen (ELISA kit) by apllying BioTek Epoch-2  Instrument were achieved beside setting test protocol, assigning work plate, analyzing absorbance data and it's calculation methods were done utilizing standard curve with a different equations. 
Furthermore, participants  had the opportunity to practice operating the BioTek Epoch-2 micro-plate spectrophotometer reader and it's Gen5 software, thereby improving their laboratory skills and experiences.
