On February 5th, 2025, a seminar supported by the dean of the College of Pharmacy assisted prof Dr. Suzan Omer Rasoul, and in coordination with Asst. Lec. Faris Hussain Hassan the head of the quality control unit at the College of Pharmacy has been held under the title: "Alumni Feedback on Current Curriculum"

The seminar was organized by Asst. Lec. Dr. Mary Hassado Haido (head of the Pharmaceutics Department), in addition to that, three pharmacists who have recently been graduated from the College of Pharmacy and currently working at the same College namely:

Dr. Eva Muneer George

The seminar aimed to outline the latest necessary curriculum updates for the University of Duhok College of Pharmacy, as it highlighted the shortcomings in the curriculum, some of which require more in-depth study and a more detailed approach. For the sake of enhancing students' practical skills, real-world pharmacy experience, patient counseling abilities, and interdisciplinary knowledge through innovative teaching methods, technology integration, and hands-on training. Ensuring graduates are well-prepared for modern pharmacy practice in both clinical and community settings.
