On Sunday, October 12, 2025, at the College of Pharmacy – University of Duhok The master's thesis of student Safa Alman Mohammed from the College of Pharmacy was successfully defended under the title:

"Role of Interleukin-1 Beta in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients."
