The College of Pharmacy held a seminar on October 1st presented by the Bologna Process Coordinator to support academic staff in understanding the attendance entry and tracking system in eUMS. The seminar aimed to enhance staff familiarity with the electronic system and ensure accurate documentation of student attendance. Participants were guided through the steps of entering absences, reviewing attendance reports, and resolving common issues. The objective was to promote consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in attendance management across all departments. This session also encouraged staff to apply the system effectively to maintain academic quality and transparency.
